Dr. Chrispus Sifuma Ndinyo is a passionate Construction Engineering and Management professional
committed to producing excellent work results while operating at no or minimum supervision. Possess
immense proven capability to motivate and lead large teams deliver on their targets as evidenced in
the construction projects he has undertaken both in Kenya and Zanzibar. Has wide experience
working with both private and public entities.
A holder of Doctor of Philosophy Degree (PHD) in Construction Management from University of
Nairobi, Masters in Construction Engineering and Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of
Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) and an undergraduate Degree in Civil Construction and
Management from Kenyatta University.
A scholar who has published papers on issues affecting the construction industry in peer reviewed
high impact reputable journals. Presented conference papers at the International Construction
Research Conference and Exhibition (ICORCE).
Been a Regional Coordinator at the National Construction Authority in charge of Nairobi, Kiambu and
Kajiado counties for five years. Prior to the current appointment, was the programs coordinator in the
Training and Capacity Building Department in-charge of County and Constituency Collaborative
Training and Accreditation programs. He exhibits high ability to relate well with internal and external
stakeholders.
A Competency Assessor, Training Programs Developer and Curriculum Developer having been
trained at East and South Africa Management Institute (ESAMI), in Ausha, Tanzania and DACUM
International Training Centre at the Ohio State University (City of Columbus, USA). Acquired strategic
leadership and Corporate Governance skills from the trainings attended at the Kenya school of
Government (KSG).
An excellent communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and written. A keen listener
who gives prompt feedback on inquiries and concerns raised by stakeholders. Has refined skills that
balance work, team support and ad-hoc responsibilities in a timely and professional manner. Has
proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, sharing insights, contributing to
