Dr. Chrispus Sifuma Ndinyo is an experienced professional in Construction Engineering and Management with a strong track record in delivering successful projects across Kenya and Zanzibar. He has worked with both public and private organizations and is known for his ability to lead teams, meet targets, and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.

Dr. Ndinyo holds a PhD in Construction Management from the University of Nairobi, a Master’s degree from JKUAT, and a Bachelor’s degree from Kenyatta University. He is also an active researcher with publications in top industry journals and has presented at international conferences such as ICORCE.

He has held key leadership roles at the National Construction Authority, including Regional Coordinator for Nairobi, Kiambu, and Kajiado, and Program Coordinator for training and capacity building initiatives. He is a certified Competency Assessor and Curriculum Developer, trained at ESAMI in Tanzania and DACUM at Ohio State University in the U.S.

With additional training in Strategic Leadership and Corporate Governance from the Kenya School of Government, Dr. Ndinyo is a skilled communicator, effective team player, and dedicated professional committed to excellence in the construction industry.
